Dial-a-Ride

ReadiBus can be used for all aspects of daily life.

• The service is available seven days per week, from 7.15am until 11.00pm.
• You book by telephone, e-mail or fax up to seven days in advance.
• You book your outward and return journeys at the same time.

We may not always be able to offer the exact times you ask for, but we will do our best to meet your request.

You can use the Dial-a-Ride service for any purpose except for hospital appointments where transport is provided by the ambulance service (arranged via your doctor) and day centres where transport is provided by Social Services.

Fares

Fares are based on distance travelled.

Travel tokens in payment of fares are accepted from Wokingham Borough and West Berkshire District Councils.

Bus passes are also accepted from Reading, Wokingham, West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire District Councils, following a verification procedure.
